CP44 vs CP42: which do you need?
Both are commercial catering gas safety records. The difference is whether your kitchen moves.
CP44: mobile catering
For food trucks, trailers, burger vans, horseboxes, mobile pizza ovens and market stalls, usually running on LPG.
CP42: fixed kitchens
For kitchens in buildings, such as restaurants, pubs, cafés, hotels, schools and care homes. See CP42 Certificates.
Do both
If you run a fixed kitchen and a food truck, you need a CP42 for the kitchen and a CP44 for the unit. We can book both together.
